By engaging with Nomad Studios' services, you ("Creator" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not engage our services.
1.2 Multiple AgreementsThese Terms coexist with any individual project contracts ("Project Agreements") executed between parties. Project Agreements and these Terms are complementary and do not cancel or supersede each other. In the event of any direct conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement will govern for that specific project while these Terms continue to govern all other aspects of the relationship.

2.2 Project Execution
Projects are governed by specific creative briefs
Content must meet quality standards
Delivery timelines are binding once accepted

3. Content Rights and Ownership
3.1 Content Ownership
All deliverables become the property of the Client upon payment
Clients receive exclusive rights to all approved content
Creators grant all necessary rights and licenses
Portfolio usage rights are granted to both Nomad Studios and Creators

Clients receive perpetual usage rights
Nomad Studios retains display rights for marketing

4. Creator Obligations
Maintain professional standards
Adhere to creative brief specifications
Meet agreed-upon deadlines
Comply with FTC disclosure requirements
Maintain confidentiality of brand relationships

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms begin upon content approval
Standard 30-day payment processing
Required payment account setup for disbursement
All payments processed through Nomad Studios
5.2 Payment Conditions
Content must meet quality standards
All deliverables must meet brief specifications
Final approval required from client
Complete transfer of rights required

6. Agency Relationships
6.1 Business TermsAll parties acknowledge that relationships established through Nomad Studios represent protected business connections. A 12-month professional courtesy period applies to all introductions and engagements.

All project communications and engagements should maintain standard agency protocols and established business channels.

7. Confidentiality
Project details must remain confidential

8. Limitation of Liability

No consequential damages
